For more than 25 years, almost all of our jobs have come to us by word of mouth-- recommendations from one
customer to the next.
When I make suggestions to my customers, I'm giving them an experienced serviceman's point of view, not some
salesman who's trying to earn a commission. And my guys are the same way.
We don't pay commissions, so our employees have no interest in recommending anything other than what's right
for our customers. Period.
